The Naples Pastors Roundtable brings local pastors and ministry leaders together to build relationships, share resources, and strengthen ministry throughout our community.
We meet monthly for fellowship, lunch, meaningful conversation, and connection. Optional prayer begins at 11:30 AM, followed by lunch and the Roundtable program at 12:00 PM.
Each month, we welcome guest speakers from local ministries, nonprofit organizations, community agencies, healthcare providers, public safety organizations, and other groups serving Southwest Florida. Past speakers have represented organizations such as Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Naples Police Department, Pregnancy Resource Center, NAMI, David Lawrence Centers, Warrior Homes of Collier, and many others.
At the heart of the Pastors Roundtable is a desire to cultivate a community of pastors who support, encourage, and sharpen one another through meaningful conversations, shared wisdom, and prayer. Together, we seek to strengthen the Church, better serve our community, and advance the Kingdom of God.
The Naples Pastors Roundtable brings together pastors and ministry leaders from different churches, denominations, and Christian traditions. We are united by our faith in Jesus Christ and by the foundational truths of the Christian faith.
We believe:
• The Bible is the inspired Word of God and our foundation for what we believe and how we live.
• There is one true God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
• Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and will come again.
• Salvation is by God's grace through faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross.
• The Church is made up of all who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ and received Him as Lord and Savior.
• All believers are members of one Body in Christ. Though we may differ in doctrine, denomination, tradition, and practice, we are united by our common faith in Jesus Christ.
We recognize that believers may hold different convictions concerning secondary matters of doctrine, tradition, and ministry practice. We believe these differences need not prevent us from praying together, encouraging one another, enjoying Christian fellowship, and working together for the advancement of God’s Kingdom. Rather, the diversity of our churches, traditions, gifts, and expressions of faith can reflect the beauty and variety of the Body of Christ.
Our desire is not uniformity, but unity in Christ. We seek to focus on the essential truths we hold in common, encourage one another in our calling, build relationships among pastors and churches, and strengthen the Body of Christ throughout our community.
Ultimately, we want to see our community transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When pastors and churches come together in Christ centered unity, we can more effectively proclaim the Gospel, demonstrate the love of Christ, reach people with the hope of salvation, and together advance the Kingdom of God throughout our community.
